Golf Performance Training

Train like the world’s best golfers

At Gym 1801, we help golfers of all levels become the best version of themselves using a process developed by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). TPI focuses on the right balance of strength and power for a golfer so they can minimize their time in the gym and maximize their time on the course and in practice.

Staying fit and resistant to pain and injury is paramount to a golfer's success. That's why we always start with a movement analysis to understand the connection between your body and your swing. Once we have a firm grasp on this critical analysis, we evaluate your power production, breaking it down into upper/lower body, left/right sides and your core. This helps focus on what’s holding you back from hitting the green in two—and the exercises you need to get there.

Level 1 Assessment

Mobility, stability, swing analysis

Gain an understanding of your overall movement and swing mechanics to identify underlying issues, create a solid foundation, and ensure that you can create a consistent and powerful golf swing.

Level 2 Assessment

Strength, power analysis

Take your game a step further. After understanding the way you move, we'll measure your strength and power output using the same protocols used by PGA Tour professionals to identify opportunities to make you stronger, more powerful, and resilient as an athlete.
