Whether you float like a butterfly or have never set foot in a ring, every class is challenging, fun and empowering. In our heart-pounding classes you’ll be exposed to boxing basics, technique, mittwork, defense, heavy bag training, footwork and weights. This is a judgement-free zone – no intimidation and all motivation.
