Jane has been practicing yoga since 1986 and teaching since 2004. Since 2010, she has focused on applying yoga therapeutically, using its wisdom and practices to support healing and resilience. Her classes emphasize the therapeutic benefits of yoga—creating balance, strength, adaptability, and ease in the body, mind, and spirit. Outside of class, Jane works one-on-one with clients navigating chronic conditions, injury, or the complexities of simply being alive, helping them reconnect with themselves and their bodies. She is a certified yoga therapist, personal trainer, integrative nutritionist, and myofascial therapist. Jane enjoys learning new things, growing her own salsa, and spending time with her kids, partner, and dog.
