Claire has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching since 1999. Drawing from Jivamukti, Ashtanga, and Iyengar traditions, she has developed a distinctive teaching style rooted in alignment, balance, and functional movement. Her classes are compassionate, yet challenging, encouraging students to move consciously and sustainably. Beyond the mat, Claire is also a certified life coach, functional nutritionist, and cookbook author who enjoys supporting others in their wellness journeys.
