With over a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer, Kyle Geraghty specializes in Mixed Martial Arts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and wellness for a range of clients—from MMA athletes to individuals with more sedentary lifestyles. As an instructor in Muay Thai, Boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu, Kyle offers expert guidance in both private and group training sessions. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds a Battle Ropes certification. Kyle received his formal education in fitness from the National Personal Training Institute in Chicago.

Kyle believes in crafting customized training programs that blend skill development with practical fitness, helping clients build strength, agility, and confidence in and out of the gym. His approach is tailored to meet each individual’s unique goals and lifestyle.
