Our Anti-Aging Protocol

  • Step 1: Cryotherapy – Start with cryotherapy to rapidly reduce inflammation and prepare your body for optimal recovery. (3.5 minutes max)
  • Step 2: Infrared Light Therapy – Follow with infrared light therapy to accelerate cellular regeneration and reduce inflammation at a deeper level. (20 minutes max)
  • Step 3: Dry Sauna – Finish with the sauna to promote circulation, detoxify, and relax your muscles for sustained recovery and overall rejuvenation.(20 minutes max)
